The project focuses to teach 1000 youth in five regions of Ukraine and help them develop skills for peace mediation and conflicts resolution. This will help youth refugees from war area in Ukraine to find their place in communities. Also we are holding joint service project which is help to unite youth from different school. As new beginning we holding youth congress at International Peace Day for large of people.
Since war begun in Eastern Ukraine, about 100000 people became refugees and concentrated mostly in Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Odessa. Many schools got full of young pupils from Donbass area. But they face rejection from others. By educating both local youth and refugees we will help to solve conflict in Ukraine between people.
We conduct training programs for young people from different schools, gathering together local and refugees. They acquire conflict resolution skills and then return to their schools, practicing it in their relationships with their peers and holding same program at own school.
We gather youth from different schools, uniting refugees and local. They apply the skills of solving conflicts to their schools in their relationships with at last 12 peers. The sphere of influence will expand from 1000 to 12,000 then to 24,000 youth. This will contribute to the cultural and social reintegration of youth from the region of military conflict into a new environment of residence.
