This project will enables us to pay 52 staff members whose salary budget per month is US$6,000. From this budget we are able to meet 50% of it from our own internal income generating project. We appeal to our supporters to help raise the deficit of US$3,000 which has resulted in competent staff leaving for greener pastures whenever we run in arrears.
Being a non-profit organization our current income generating projects falls short of meeting our monthly staff budget yet in order to retain staff and grow the answer is in a well paid and motivated staff. When the deficit is met, it will motivate our 52 staff members to work even harder to help transform the poor community.
When staff are well paid they would not be tempted to look for a greener pasture, hence staff retention which is necessary will be achieved. Besides, we will attract competent staff which will spur growth when our academic standards in our schools will improve.
Good staff will provide quality education to the learners enabling them to attain the highest level of education to allow them rise out of poverty and transform the poor community by improving their living standards.
